What should I do if I feel unwell during a session?
Should you experience discomfort such as headaches, dizziness, or
fatigue, immediately adjust the settings to lower intensity, simplify
the session, or stop altogether. Additionally, increasing the ambient
light in your environment can also help mitigate discomfort.
Is it okay to use neuroVIZR after consuming alcohol or drugs?
Using neuroVIZR under the influence of alcohol or drugs can
significantly impair your session's safety and effectiveness. We
strongly discourage the use of the device while under the influence, as
it may exacerbate health risks and alter the intended effects of the

NeuroVIZR is a General Wellness device designed for relaxation and wellness support. If you experience a technical issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps below before contacting support.
Our support team is based in Thailand. We reply within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday). Time zone differences may affect response times.
NeuroVIZR not turning on
If your NeuroVIZR device does not turn on, try the following:
- Connect the device to a wall power source using a USB-C cable.
- Use a different USB-C cable and wall charger that you know works with another device.
- Press and hold the power button for at least 3 seconds.
When powering on correctly, the outer LEDs briefly light up, followed by the middle LED.
If your NeuroVIZR still does not power on after testing different cables and chargers, please contact customer@neurovizr.com and include:
- Proof of purchase
- Device serial number (located on the bottom of the lightbox or on the packaging; format: THAS + 9 digits)
NeuroVIZR not charging or charging very slowly
If your NeuroVIZR device is not charging properly:
- Try a different USB-C cable.
- Try a different wall charger.
- Confirm that the cable works correctly with another device.
To help diagnose the issue, please complete this test:
- Open the NeuroVIZR app and check the battery level.
- Charge the device for 2 hours without using it.
- Check the battery level again in the app.
If the battery percentage does not increase after 2 hours of charging, please contact customer@neurovizr.com and include:
- Proof of purchase
- Device serial number (THAS + 9 digits)
This information helps us assess the issue and, if necessary, initiate warranty support.
NeuroVIZR battery draining quickly
If your NeuroVIZR battery drains faster than expected, the issue may be related to app connection or Bluetooth activity.
Please note:
- If the device remains connected to the app after a session ends, battery consumption may continue.
- Leaving the app open or Bluetooth active for extended periods (for example overnight) may increase battery usage.
We recommend the following test:
- Fully charge the device.
- Run one session as usual.
- Close the app or disconnect the device once the session ends.
If the battery continues to drain unusually fast after this test, contact customer@neurovizr.com and include:
- Proof of purchase
- Device serial number (THAS + 9 digits)
NeuroVIZR app not connecting to device
If the NeuroVIZR app does not connect:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone or tablet.
- Confirm Bluetooth permissions are enabled for the app in your device settings.
- Make sure no other nearby devices are attempting to connect.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Restart your phone or tablet.
- Confirm you are using the latest version of the NeuroVIZR app.
If the issue continues, check the battery level as follows:
- Turn on the device
- When powering on, the LEDs briefly indicate the battery level:
- One horizontal row: low charge (0–33%)
- Two rows: medium charge (34–66%)
- Three rows: high charge (67–100%)
If the battery is low, charge the device for 2 hours and check again.
If, after 2 hours of charging, the device still shows only the low battery indicator (one row blinking), the battery may not be responding to charging. Please contact customer@neurovizr.com and include:

NeuroVIZR LED not working
If one or more LEDs do not light up during a session, please contact customer@neurovizr.com and provide:
- A short video showing the device while a session is running (LEDs clearly visible)
