How to Update Your Device
Follow these steps to update your neuroVIZR firmware easily:
- Connect your neuroVIZR to your computer using a USB data cable.
- Download the “neuroVIZR Flasher” (choose the correct version for your operating system) – Click here to download
- Open the downloaded file, then right-click on it and select ‘Open’ to start the installation.
- Move the NeuroVizr Flasher Application to your Application Folder.
- Open the application and launch “NeuroVIZR NRx Flasher”.
- Press and hold the power button on your neuroVIZR device until the update process is complete.
- The Flasher tool will detect your device, and the “Flash Device” button will become active. (Keep holding the power button.)
- Click “Flash Device” to start the update. (Keep holding the power button.)
- Once you see “Flashing Completed Successfully!”, release the power button.
Follow these simple steps to update your neuroVIZR firmware:
- Connect your neuroVIZR to your computer using a USB data cable.
- Download the “neuroVIZR Flasher” (choose the correct version for your operating system) – Click here to download.
- Unzip the downloaded file to extract the firmware.
- Open the extracted folder and navigate to ‘drivers’ > ‘cp210x_win_universal’.
- Right-click on ‘silabser’ and select ‘Install’ (If you don’t see ‘Install’ right away, click ‘Show more options’ to expand the menu).
- Once Silabser is installed, return to the main folder and open “NeuroVIZR NRx Flasher”. ○ If you see a safety warning, click “More info”, then select “Run anyway”.
- Press and hold the power button on your neuroVIZR device until the update process is complete.
- The Flasher tool will detect your device, and the “Flash Device” button will become active. (Keep holding the power button.)
