Follow these steps to update your neuroVIZR firmware easily:

1. Connect your neuroVIZR to your computer using a USB data cable.
2. Download the “neuroVIZR Flasher” (choose the correct version for your operating system) – Click here to download
3. Open the downloaded file, then right-click on it and select ‘Open’ to start the installation.
4. Move the NeuroVizr Flasher Application to your Application Folder.
5. Open the application and launch “NeuroVIZR NRx Flasher”.
6. Press and hold the power button on your neuroVIZR device until the update process is complete.
7. The Flasher tool will detect your device, and the “Flash Device” button will become active. (Keep holding the power button.)
8. Click “Flash Device” to start the update. (Keep holding the power button.)
9. Once you see “Flashing Completed Successfully!”, release the power button.

Follow these simple steps to update your neuroVIZR firmware:

3. Unzip the downloaded file to extract the firmware.
4. Open the extracted folder and navigate to ‘drivers’ > ‘cp210x_win_universal’.
5. Right-click on ‘silabser’ and select ‘Install’ (If you don’t see ‘Install’ right away, click ‘Show more options’ to expand the menu).
6. Once Silabser is installed, return to the main folder and open “NeuroVIZR NRx Flasher”. ○ If you see a safety warning, click “More info”, then select “Run anyway”.
7. Press and hold the power button on your neuroVIZR device until the update process is complete.
8. The Flasher tool will detect your device, and the “Flash Device” button will become active. (Keep holding the power button.)
9. Click “Flash Device” to start the update. (Keep holding the power button.) 10. Once you see “Flashing Completed Successfully!”, release the power button.
