Using the NeuroVIZR is more than a session—it’s a journey. To get the most from every session, it’s important to understand two key parts of the experience: Brain Prime and Brain Time.
1. Brain Prime: The Activation Phase This is the heart of your NeuroVIZR session. With your eyes gently closed, the NeuroVIZR delivers carefully choreographed flickering light and sound pulses. This isn’t just sensory—it’s stimulation designed to “prime” your brain for transformation.Think of Brain Prime as a gentle wake-up call for your nervous system.

2. Brain Time: The Integration Phase When the lights and sounds stop… don’t open your eyes just yet. Brain Time can be just as important as the stimulation that came before. It’s a short period of rest and internal observation—designed for your mind and body to integrate what was just experienced.
What to Do:
- Stay still. Keep your eyes closed.
- Don’t try to “do” anything. Just relax.
- Feel whatever you feel—it could be warmth, tingles, calm, emotion, spaciousness, or nothing in particular. All are okay.
- Now gently follow it. Let it guide your attention. If it fades, let it fade. Be present.
Just as your body digests food after a meal, your brain digests experience after stimulation.
After the Lesson comes the Learning.
This is where the magic settles in.
Why It Matters Together, Brain Prime and Brain Time create a rhythm of activation and integration—one that mirrors the brain’s natural learning cycles. Without Brain Time, your nervous system may not fully absorb the benefits of the session.
Taking even a few minutes after each session for Brain Time helps your nervous system transition into a more resilient, adaptive, and aware state. Short term State Shifts if repeated will become long term Trait Shaping.

Some folks just dive deep into their early NeuroVIZR light/sessions like it’s going back home.But there are others that may have a nervous or sensitive response. Here is an idea to explore for folks that can’t just jump in…
Set up a more relaxing or calming session and slide the Light Intensity down lower. Put on the headband and headphones as usual but…..show them how to click the LED light box on and off the headband themselves. Now give them the LED light box to hold in their hand down on their lap. Show them how they can bring the lights up close or far whenever they want. Then have them close their eyes and start the session.
Having full control of when the lights are in front of their closed eyes…how near or far…for how long or short….allows them to experiment AND have full control. Knowing they have control dramatically reduces any fear or nervousness. Most nervous or sensitive users then quickly become confident and find themselves eager to explore with the standard setup.
