Safety and Considerations

NeuroVizr®️ is designed with safety in mind, but it is not suitable for individuals diagnosed with epilepsy or those who are highly sensitive to light. These conditions could lead to serious health risks such as seizures. We strongly urge individuals with these conditions to refrain from using the device. For those unsure about their sensitivity, we provide precautionary checks to evaluate their reactions in a controlled manner.

NeuroVizr®️ is intended for adult use only. Due to the developing nature of children’s brains and the sensitivity of their neurological systems, we do not recommend NeuroVizr®️ for individuals under the age of 18. The device should only be used by adults who can fully understand and manage their own sessions.

Should you experience discomfort such as headaches, dizziness, or fatigue, immediately adjust the settings to lower intensity, simplify the session, or stop altogether. Additionally, increasing the ambient light in your environment can also help mitigate discomfort.

Using NeuroVizr®️ under the influence of alcohol or drugs can significantly impair your session’s safety and effectiveness. We strongly discourage the use of the device while under the influence, as it may exacerbate health risks and alter the intended effects of the session.

Usage Recommendations

We recommend engaging in NeuroVizr®️ sessions three to five times per week, with each session lasting 11 minutes. This frequency and duration are optimized to foster beneficial neuroplastic changes without overwhelming your brain.

While it is possible to experience multiple sessions in a sequence, listen to your body’s response and ensure you are comfortable with the stimulation level. Incorporating breaks or guided breathing may enhance your overall experience and benefit.

During Your Session

Prepare to relax and immerse yourself in a unique sensory experience. Adjust the light and sound to comfortable levels. The sessions are designed to challenge your brain just enough to promote growth, similar to a moderate workout.

Explore a variety of themes that NeuroVizr®️ offers, ranging from relaxation to exploration. We suggest newcomers start with less demanding sessions and gradually explore more complex ones as they become accustomed to the experience.

To gift a NeuroVizr®️, choose the option to ship the order to another address in the check-out page after you have indicated your address. The option will be made available after that.

Shipping fee will be calculated automatically depending on the shipping address.

Customers can expect to receive their orders within 7 business days after order confirmation. This may vary due to the length of public holidays in the sender’s and receiver’s countries.

If a customer wants to change the shipping address after the product has been shipped, they will be responsible for additional fees asked by the carrier for rerouting. We are not responsible if the carrier refuses to reroute the device.

Yes, you will receive an email with all the tracking information you need as soon as the order is handled by our courier partner.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will make a second attempt or hold the package at a nearby facility for pickup.

If the customer is unavailable or unresponsive, an additional fee may be charged for re-delivery.

If a customer chooses to refuse delivery for any reason other than damage, the package will be returned to our facility.

The customer will be charged a fee, and we will refund the purchase price minus a 30% restocking fee.

If the customer wishes to have the package re-delivered, they will be responsible for additional fees.

If the package’s tracking status says it was delivered, but a customer can’t find it, the customer should notify us immediately at within 3 days.

After 3 days, we will not be responsible for any re-delivery or refunds.

Warranty, Returns & Refunds

NeuroVizr®️ products purchased through our online channels include a 30-day money-back guarantee for a full refund if not satisfied, for any reason. This applies only to products purchased in the US, Canada, EU countries, and Thailand. 

After 30 days, the Company assumes that you received the purchase and that you’re satisfied with the Product and its accessories. Only claims related to the 2-year warranty will be processed after 30 days.

The warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use during the warranty period. We will repair or replace the product or parts that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship.

You must first contact us by email at or through the support portal on our website, to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. Please note that in order to proceed with a warranty service request, you will be instructed to perform a certain number of troubleshooting tasks by our service team.

You may fill in the RETURN/REPAIR form and let us know what is wrong with your product.

We will either repair or replace the product at no charge. Once troubleshooting tasks have been performed and our service team has determined that the failure is covered by the warranty, we will arrange for our courier to pick up the product or we may decide to send you a replacement unit instead.

During the first 30 days after the purchase date, the Company will cover all shipping costs. After 30 days from the purchase date, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

The warranty period for all Company products starts from the date of purchase. Any replacement product or product part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. The limited warranty cannot be transferred. Only the persons registered in our store as buyers or as shipment recipients will be entitled to warranty coverage. The company reserves the right to request proof of purchase prior to offering warranty services.first 30 days after the purchase date, the Company will cover all shipping costs. Our products are not user-serviceable. Do not open them or tamper with the finished goods in any way as this will void the manufacturer’s warranty. All warnings, cautions, and instructions contained in the instructions for use (IFU) must be followed to ensure full warranty coverage.

The limited warranty does not cover product damages or malfunctions resulting from negligence (like scratches, cracks, falls, water immersion, etc), improper use together with other accessories or chargers not provided by the manufacturer/distributor, improper maintenance or product modification; damage by natural causes like lightning, floods, rain or other natural disasters; theft or loss of the product.

  • Tap the NeuroVizr®️ app.
  • Enable Bluetooth.

  • Tap Permissions or Nearby devices permissions

If you’re having trouble connecting your NeuroVizr®️ by Bluetooth, it can help to enable Android’s Improve Location Services.

Android requires Bluetooth devices to access a user’s location. This requires NeuroVizr®️ to ask for location permissions in the NeuroVizr®️ app. NeuroVizr®️ doesn’t use location data for anything other than to meet Android’s requirements for Bluetooth devices.

  • Go to your device Settings App.
  • Scroll down and tap Location.
  • Tap Location Services or Advanced (depending on your Android version).
  • Tap Google Location Accuracy.
  • Tap Improve Location Accuracy > Turn on.
