Growing Together: The Evolution of NeuroVIZR Partnerships

How our partners have helped us discover new possibilities for NeuroVIZR.

How It All Started

When I first joined NeuroVIZR, I was working in Customer Service, helping customers understand the device, explore its features, and solve technical issues.

Later, when I started working with partners, I was a little nervous. English isn't my first language, and I wasn't sure how comfortable I would feel communicating with professionals from all over the world.

But I soon realised that we already had something in common: our interest in mental wellbeing, our curiosity about how the mind works, and our desire to explore how technology can support us in everyday life.

That made conversations much easier, and I've learned something new from almost every partner I've met since.

From Biohacking to New Possibilities

When I started, our partner network was much smaller, and most of our partners came from the biohacking community. It made perfect sense, as biohackers are often among the first to explore new technologies related to physical and mental wellbeing.

Over time, we started seeing opportunities in many other fields.

Today, we work with wellness centres, yoga and Pilates instructors, coaches, beauty professionals, sports professionals, and even practitioners in psychology and other specialised areas.

We've also seen growing interest in areas such as football, where mental preparation, recovery, and sleep are becoming increasingly important alongside physical training.

Every new field brings different ideas and ways of using NeuroVIZR.

What Our Partners Have Taught Us

One of the things I find most interesting about working with partners is how much we've learned from them.

Some have found ways to integrate NeuroVIZR into their work that we hadn't even thought of. Others combine it with different wellness technologies, assessment tools, or their own professional methods.

And in many cases, they have knowledge and expertise that we simply don't have.

This is something I really appreciate about our partner network. We can provide information about the device, training, and support, but each professional knows their own field better than we do.

Even two partners working in the same industry might use NeuroVIZR in completely different ways.

That's why I always try to understand what each partner does, what they want to achieve, and how we can help them integrate NeuroVIZR into their work.

Some partners already know exactly what they want to do and mainly need operational support. Others see the potential but need a little guidance to get started.

Every conversation is different, and very often, I'm learning just as much as they are.

Looking Ahead, Together

Something that has remained the same over the years is the freedom we give our partners to explore NeuroVIZR and adapt it to their own work.

We provide the necessary product information, training, and guidance, while leaving room for professionals to develop their own experiences and approaches.

Of course, there's always room for improvement on our side too.

Being based in Thailand and working with partners around the world can sometimes make communication challenging because of the different time zones. Improving our availability and making support easier to access is something we want to keep working on.
